Kevin works primarily with medium sized clients facilitating business sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other significant undertakings.
Kevin leads the transaction advisory group at Rise Advisors. Kevin has spent nearly 20 years working in corporate advisory and has advised on many dozens of business divestitures, acquisitions, mergers, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and partnerships, and other significant corporate transactions for both privately held and publicly listed companies. Kevin has worked with businesses in a variety of industries, and companies ranging from early stage ventures to well established operations that have been family-owned for generations.
He also has hands-on operating and management experience, having served as a director or officer for multiple private and public companies, including two TSXV-listed companies that were acquired in significant transactions. Kevin holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst, has a B.Comm degree from Royal Roads University, and a diploma in Financial Management from BCIT.
