David is a Financial Analyst in the Transaction Services group at Rise. He is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a Diploma in Financial Management from BCIT and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from UBC. He has honed his skills and expertise in transaction advisory and due diligence through a combination of academic and professional experiences.

Prior to joining Rise, David spent approximately ten years working in senior positions in a variety of industries, including construction, property development, and property management. Through these roles, he has gained a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of businesses and how to optimize financial performance.

Outside of work, David is a sports enthusiast and avid reader who believes in the power of physical activity and lifelong learning.
