Kym graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honors degree. She went on to become a designated CPA in 2020. She started her career at one of the large national accounting firms in 2017 and joined Rise in 2021. Kym’s area of focus is primarily audits, but she also has experience with review and compilation engagements, personal and corporate taxes and has background in both ASPE and IFRS frameworks.

Outside of work, Kym enjoys visiting local wineries, camping, and hanging out with her dog, Lenny.
