Teganyi graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in Latin American Studies. After graduation, she quickly found her niche in Resource Management and has applied her resourcing skills across several industries including telecommunications, I.T. and accounting. Prior to joining Rise, Teganyi worked as a Resource Manager for a large national accounting firm.

After joining Rise in 2020, she found her role expanding beyond resourcing as she applied her passion for people across the HR spectrum. From resourcing to recruiting, learning & development to employee engagement, Teganyi leads a team of HR professionals who are dedicated to supporting a best-in-class employee experience for our Rise team. Her ‘people first’ approach ensures all team members have access to a rewarding and challenging career in a supportive learning environment.

Teganyi volunteers on two local boards in her community, and provides volunteer coaching sessions to young resource management professionals.

Outside of work, Teganyi is an avid world traveler, a voracious reader and a keen practitioner of yoga and meditation.
